Title: Commercial Lending & Closing Attorney

Location: REMOTE

Job Duties/Responsibilities :

• Experience closing commercial loans on the lender side
• SBA closing experience
• Loan documentation; draft & negotiate commercial loan docs (credit agreements, promissory notes, deeds of trust, security agreements, guaranties, etc.)
• Due diligence; review organizational docs, authority certs, financial covenants, title & survey, environment reports, UCC searches, lien priority
• Risk & mitigation; identify legal and structural risks tied to borrower, collateral, or transaction structure & propose solutions that preserve the lenders position
• Closing management; coordinate full closing process, managing closing checklist, resolve open items, confirm all conditions before funding
