Role Summary

Design and deliver advanced audio systems and algorithms—spanning audio feature extraction, echo cancellation, noise suppression, and speech enhancement —using a combination of signal processing and machine learning for deployment on Qualcomm platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end audio solutions including audio features, AEC, noise suppression, and speech enhancement algorithms
• Create, implement, and commercialize DSP- and ML-based audio algorithms
• Optimize fixed-point and floating-point implementations for embedded platforms
• Build, evaluate, quantize, and deploy efficient audio ML models across CPU, GPU, and NPU
• Validate audio subsystem performance for robustness, power, and stability
• Conduct acoustic measurements, demos, and system-level testing
• Collaborate with R&D, systems, and customer teams to support integration and commercialization
