Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Degree in Accounting / Auditing
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles advantageous
• CA(SA) qualification may be advantageous
• Minimum 3–5 years’ audit experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, and auditing standards
• Proficient in CaseWare, Excel, and audit software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion
• Review audit files, working papers, and financial statements
• Manage audit teams and provide mentorship to junior staff
• Liaise directly with clients and build strong professional relationships
• Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and audit deadlines
• Identify risks and provide practical recommendations to clients
