Claims Adjuster (Hybrid)

We’re looking for Claims Adjusters to join our growing team in Quebec. The role involves opening and managing new claims, interviewing insureds and witnesses, evaluating coverage and liability, and settling claims fairly.

Responsibilities

• Open new claims over the phone with customers and initiate immediate handling of the situation.
• Interview insureds and witnesses to gather accounts of events.
• Determine whether the claim is covered by analyzing policy details.
• Analyze information obtained, make decisions on liability, and review damage assessments.
• Settle claims fairly and equitably, confirm damage amounts, and make payments.

Qualifications

• Claims adjuster licence and successful completion of exams.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Strong time‑management skills.
