We are seeking experienced Auto Electricians for short term assignments across various sites in Papua New Guinea.

You will work alongside national technicians, providing hands-on coaching, mentoring and technical guidance to lift safety, quality and maintenance standards over the long term.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop PNG national mobile maintenance technicians
• Provide technical guidance and quality assurance on maintenance execution
• Act as a visible role model for safe work practices and high standards
• Support diagnostics and fault finding when required
• Identify skill gaps and recurring technical issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement, reliability and defect elimination initiatives

About You

• Auto Electrician Trade Qualification – Min 5yrs post trade experience
