Experience is valued but not required! Experienced managers can earn $25/hr or more with the lucrative bonuses we provide above and beyond our competitive base salaries! We hire Shop Managers every day that were leaders at other glass locations, automotive shops, restaurants, retail stores, and a variety of other businesses, but NO EXPERIENCE is necessary to join our team as a Manager at one of our shops!
