Overview

Precision Engineering Machine Shop seeks a skilled and results-driven Team Leader Autos, Press & Plating to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of 20-25 employees. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong background in press tool production lines, lathe production lines, and chemical plating plants .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operations across the Autos, Press, and Plating sections.
• Ensure production plans are executed efficiently, meeting time, quality, and cost targets.
• Track production output, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvements.
