What You'll Do

• Build and maintain JMeter-based performance and load test frameworks for enterprise insurance platforms.
• Develop automation scripts in Python and/or JavaScript for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Integrate test suites into AWS-native CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, CodeBuild) and release workflows.
• Analyze results, surface defects, and champion quality across all phases of an Agile delivery cycle.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members across multiple time zones.

Basic Qualifications

• 4–5 years of recent, hands-on test automation experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong JMeter proficiency — parameterized test plans, thread group design, and results analysis.
