AI Automation Engineer

We’re seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and manage automations, AI agents, and low‑code/no‑code solutions across critical PX workflows. You’ll build production‑ready automations, maintain shared pattern libraries, ensure observability and compliance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development (40%)

• Scope, design, and develop automations using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, n8n, Azure Foundry
• Build custom automations with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, LangChain, LangGraph
• Develop AI‑powered agents for decision‑making, workflow automation, summarization, and routing
• Implement secure, resilient, observable workflows aligned to CoE patterns
