Job Description:
Lead and supervise design teams to develop machines that meet operational windows aligned with commissioning and manufacturing requirements.
Collaborate closely with clients to gather and define design requirements and specifications.
Plan, develop, and execute mechanical designs using advanced CAD/CAM and 3D modeling software, specifically SolidWorks.
Provide project leadership focused on improving existing manufacturing-related products and processes.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports, detailed design specifications, and operational manuals.
