2-5 years of testing experience with expertise in manual and automation test frameworks. Strong communication and articulation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Experience in BFSI/Telecom domain is a plus, along with a solid understanding of Agile methodology. Responsible for creating and managing test design frameworks based on RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix). Create and update test data for automation test cases and perform SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Select applicable regression tests for automation based on automation selection criteria. Report defects, track defect aging, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and IT for defect resolution. Provide test result walkthroughs to stakeholders and ensure sign-offs. Assist in driving testing best practices, manage documentation for test planning, execution, and defect reporting, and ensure regular communication with the test lead on project risks.
