Our client is seeking an experienced Branch/Store Manager to join their Manunda branch and lead their team to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations across sales, customer service, administration, warehouse and leadership functions
• Build strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and improve branch profitability
• Lead and develop the branch team, including Parts Interpreters, Stores and Delivery Drivers
• Ensure full compliance with OH&S requirements, maintaining a safe workplace and keeping all safety training up to date.
• Manage core administrative processes, including invoicing, credits, warranty claims and general branch reporting.
• Saturday morning shifts, as required
