Job Description
Responsibilities: Electric Vehicle Technical Support - Diagnose, repair, and service Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Hybrid Vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections in accordance with manufacturer standards and specifications
- Conduct High Voltage battery inspections, testing, fault finding, and basic repairs
- Carry out vehicle health checks and diagnostic scans using manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults
- Assist with software updates, calibrations, programming, and system configuration where required
- Complete all repairs accurately, efficiently, and within specified timelines
High Voltage Systems - Follow all High Voltage safety procedures and industry best practices
- Ensure safe handling and isolation of High Voltage components and systems
