Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the correct automotive parts based on their needs and vehicle specifications.
• Maintain inventory, process orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
• Provide product knowledge, technical support, and excellent customer service to enhance the buying experience.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and vehicle models (previous experience in auto parts sales is a plus).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to assist customers effectively.
• Ability to use inventory management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Financial literacy.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
