Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Rowlett, TX
Pay Range: $72,000-$75,000 base salary, and incentive bonus plan
We're hiring a Service Manager to lead our service department in -driving performance, improving workflow, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage technicians, oversee daily operations, and take ownership of service results.
What You'll Do

• Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow
• Manage and develop Service Technicians
• Drive key metrics: service revenue, productivity, turnaround time, customer satisfaction
• Partner with Sales and Parts to support operations
• Oversee work orders, billing, and inventory
