As a Technical Trainer, you’ll deliver engaging, high‑quality training that equips technicians with the skills and confidence to work on the latest Volkswagen Group technology.

You will:

• Deliver a blend of hands‑on workshop training, classroom sessions, virtual classrooms, and live broadcasts.
• Develop and update learning content, including new‑model launch training.
• Attend brand and factory events, including product launches and factory accreditation programmes.
• Inspire technicians of all experience levels to be the best in the industry.

This role suits both experienced trainers and technicians ready to take the step into training .

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Hold relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds Levels 1–3, NVQ, or equivalent).
