A Day in the Life
- Project management of training process to implement in dealer network.
- Communication and support to training areas of dealers.
- Perform activities related to project management: budget control, purchase process and supplier management.
- Propose and follow up specific training and career plans according to job positions and KPIs.
- Measure and analyze staff turnover and propose strategies to assure the training level in the dealer’s technician.
- Measure and analyze the performance of the main positions in the dealer network (KPIs impact).
