Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Availability team to ensure precise and timely execution of all inventory processes.
  • Oversee production planning, price integrity, and stock receiving to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Optimize product availability and minimize discrepancies through effective inventory management.
  • Conduct regular shop‑floor walks and stockroom audits to ensure precise completion of core inventory processes and stock‑takes.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Leader to investigate discrepancies in online orders and implement preventative measures, overseeing ticketing accuracy to prevent pricing issues.
  • Review and finalise production plans for stores with onsite production (e.g., Meat and Bakery) to ensure accurate output.
  • Resolve process‑related issues escalated by the SOS and conduct regular health checks to identify and address areas for functional improvement.
