**Job Description**

This hands-on Avionics Repair Technician role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of avionics and aircraft electrical systems with minimal supervision. You will support the service department schedule to ensure aircraft are delivered on time, on budget, and free of unresolved issues, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualification**

+ 2–5 years of hands-on avionics experience.
+ FCC license (nice to have).
+ Bench repair capabilities for avionics components (preferred).
+ Experience with general aviation (GA), corporate, commercial, or military aircraft will be considered.
