We are seeking a Technical Project Management Lead to head the TPM function within IS – DBE. This role will define and uphold the delivery standards, metrics, and practices that underpin StarHub’s digital engineering model.

As TPM Lead, you will:

• Manage a team of Technical Project Managers distributed across DXP domains.
• Partner closely with IS Senior leadership, Domain & System Owners (DOs & SOs), Journey Solution Designers (SDs), Release Program Managers (RPMs), and Solution Architects (SAs).
• Drive predictable delivery, visibility, and quality across teams aligned to StarHub’s consumer, enterprise, and operational journeys.
