RE Transaction Management The Transaction Management team sits within GIC Real Estate Business Management function and is responsible for providing end to end transaction execution and financing support for GIC’s Real Estate transactions. This team ensures efficient deal execution, financing governance, and process consistency across the transaction lifecycle — from funding and drawdowns to divestments and loan repayments.
What will you do as a AVP in the Transaction Management team? - Drive end-to-end transaction execution, working closely with Real Estate investment teams, Capital Markets teams, Finance, Tax, and Legal to ensure timely and efficient deal closings.
