We are looking for an experienced AWS Solutions Architect / Contact Center AI Engineer to design and implement cloud-based customer engagement solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS AI services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions
- Implement Contact Lens, conversational AI, and speech analytics
- Integrate CRM, ticketing systems, and third-party platforms
- Develop automation workflows using AWS Lambda, API Gateway & DevOps practices
- Work closely with clients on CX transformation initiatives and solution architecture
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon Connect implementation
- Knowledge in IVR, CTI, call routing, and contact center operations
- Experience with AWS AI services (Lex, Polly, Transcribe, Comprehend)
- Familiar with Python, Node.js, Terraform, CloudFormation, or CI/CD
