Create and manage landing zones, networking, security, and identity (VNet, NSG, IAM/AAD)

Automate environment provisioning through CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)

Ensure environments meet security, governance, and compliance standards

Support application teams with environment setup, troubleshooting, and optimization
