JOB DESCRIPTION
· Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines. · Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning. · Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations. · Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. · Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components. · Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM). · Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E issues, ensuring effective communication and problem resolut...
