Presto Resourcing in Auckland is looking for a motivated individual to join their IT support team. This role provides Level 1-2 support across cloud and on-prem environments and requires a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in IT support and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while supporting Azure-based systems and hybrid environments. Only candidates currently based in New Zealand will be considered.
