Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a senior, hands-on Associate Creative Director to support SMB Marketing and Creative Strategy. This role will act as a creative leader within the team, owning digital-first creative direction while remaining deeply involved in execution. This person will sit in on creative briefings, help determine the right formats and tactics, guide concept development, and jump into production when needed. They will help with anything from paid social assets to motion graphics, banners, and digital prototypes. Every day will look different, you may be advising on creative direction, cleaning up a brand deck, collaborating with agencies, or executing paid social creative hands-on. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $66-$70hr.
