It focuses heavily on customer acquisition and scalable lifecycle engagement, while improving funnel efficiency (web → lead → opportunity → pipeline) and supporting multi‑market adoption of consistent tools and frameworks. The role also provides dedicated digital performance support to Fleet Europe, especially within SME and base segments.
