PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for proactively engaging potential customers to generate qualified leads for the business. Operating within a call centre environment, this role focuses on outbound calling, basic needs analysis, and accurate capture of prospective information to support sales and business development teams. Introduce the company, its products or services, and the purpose of the call in a clear and professional manner. Identify and qualify potential leads based on defined criteria (e.g. interest, eligibility, need). Capture accurate customer and lead information on CRM or lead management systems.
