Responsibilities Make inbound/outbound calls to prospective corporate clients and ensure that targets are met Ensure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standard Accurate data capturing Obtain referrals from current clients Generate quotations and follow-up Obtain client information and complete subscription form on behalf of the client E-mail new clients validation forms and confirm all checks for onboarding Complete all declaration and terms and conditions on sales calls with clients Follow up on fitment scheduling Contact client to confirm scheduled appointment Follow-up if appointment was not honoured Assist client with any other services required i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices etc...
