About The Company

Winfield Thorne is a sell-side M&A advisory firm specializing in mid-market exits (£2 M–£100 M). We represent founders, business owners, and CEOs looking to sell their companies. As the dedicated sell-side advisory arm of Palmstone Capital ($14 B+ in transaction volume), we combine institutional infrastructure with a focused sell-side practice.

About The Role

We've solved origination. You won't cold-call or chase leads. You'll work a pipeline of founders and CEOs who have responded positively to outreach. Your job is to schedule the call, run discovery, build trust, and close the mandate.

This is a high-velocity sales role. You'll be scheduling and running 15-20+ calls per day with interested prospects. Fast follow-up cycles, consistent deal flow, and full pipeline ownership. This is not a slow-burn enterprise sales role — and it's not an analyst seat. We hire advisors who can close.
