Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services for core product features. Optimize backend logic, database queries, and service integrations to support high concurrency, low latency, and high availability. Participate in backend technical design, implementation, and testing to ensure production-ready delivery. Collaborate with product, frontend and DevOps team to deliver backend features effectively. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely fixes for production incidents. Write and maintain clear technical documentation to support system maintainability and knowledge sharing. Continuously improve backend engineering practices, tools, and system reliability.
