Back-End Java Developer

We are looking for a Back‑End Java Developer to join our team and work on high‑impact projects in a hybrid work model with flexibility.

Work Model

First 90 days: Office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

After 90 days: Option to reduce to 2 office days per week (based on performance) and Home office: Monday and Friday.

• 5+ years of experience in Java 8+ and Spring Boot (microservices)
• 2+ years of experience in software architecture (scalability, reliability, design patterns)
