Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Coordinate with the risk department on leverage change requests or any escalated trading issues.
  • Communicate with team leaders and sales on a regular basis to perform specific IB requests or re‑organize network structure.
  • Liaise with technology providers on any complex dispute situations.
  • Cross‑check with PSP on funding issues.
  • Manage internal ticketing for any feedback or issues that arise within the department.
  • Perform financial checks on any transaction or transfer within the system.
  • Collect appropriate information on any complaint from a technical perspective.
