Handling mails/ calls and other communications of the HOD.
Performing general office duties and maintain bank orders & billing process
Making correspondence, drafting and typing letters & reports.
Managing recovery and order follow up & client queries
Generating Collection Report / Sales Report / Production follow up
Handling petty cash
Preparing Sales Order / Invoice / Quotations in Tally
Any other work assigned by the HOD
