Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in back‑office operations, administration, customer service, or support environments.
  • At least 1–2 years’ supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, service‑driven or contact centre environment is advantageous.
  • Exposure to quality assurance, reporting, or process improvement is preferred.
