Location: Birmingham, Hybrid (1 day per week in office)

Following the consolidation of multiple IT teams into a single function, the business is now building new platform capabilities and expanding its engineering team to support long-term growth.
This role sits within a collaborative engineering environment where developers are encouraged to contribute ideas, influence technical direction, and help shape the future of the platform. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining platform and integration capabilities across the business.
