Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend logic for internal enterprise systems to enhance functionality and performance
• Design and build efficiency engineering platforms and tools that improve development quality, operational efficiency, and automate workflows
• Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure high product quality and timely delivery
• Continuously improve system architecture to enhance scalability, maintainability, and stability of internal platforms
• Participate in technical discussions, troubleshoot system issues, and lead performance optimization initiatives
