Overview
Become a Star Baker with Pick n Pay’s 12-month Master Bake Learnership in the Western Cape. This program is designed to equip aspiring bakers with hands‑on skills in a retail environment. The goal is to develop confident, workplace‑ready bakers who are passionate about baking and eager to build a career in the retail or wholesale bakery sector.
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen, aged 18–34 years
- Grade 12 certificate or National Certificate: Hospitality Level 4
- Not currently registered for any other wholesale or retail learnership programme
- Genuine passion for baking and food preparation
- Ability to work early shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Preference given to candidates residing in and around Atlantis, Western Cape
