About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Baker to join a well-established bakery or retail company. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, cakes and other baked goods while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent baking skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

1. Baking and Production

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, cookies and other baked items as per the recipes and standards.
• Follow detailed recipes and ensure consistency in the quality of all baked goods.
• Monitor ovens and baking equipment to ensure proper temperatures and baking times.
