• Assist in the daily in bound call and email enquiries.
• Assist in outbound call campaign activities.
• Assist in Bancassurance email blast activities.
• Assist in complaint case investigation.

Job requirement

• Degree / Diploma holders preferably in Insurance or Business Studies.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Previous work experience in the Call Centre will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills.
• Focus on Customers.
