We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Community Nurses to support our NHS clients. We are offering long term contracts as well as Ad-Hoc shift work as well as competitive rates of pay and mileage.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating care for individuals with long-term conditions or complex health needs
• Administering medication and supporting self-administration
• Dressing and managing wounds
• Providing Catheter Care in Clinics and within the individual’s home
• Providing Wound Care for housebound individuals after surgery
• Supporting issues around continence
• Cannulation / IV Therapy administration
• Caring at end of life

Experience:

• 6 months experience of working at relevant level within the community in the UK
• Has a full UK driving license and access to an insured car daily
• Able to work within a diverse community of patients and health care professionals.
