An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our Neighbourhood Mental Health Team working within the Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in Hall Green Birmingham.
Within BSMHFT our community mental health services are well‑established and as part of the BSOL community transformation programme, we are looking to increase our Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams with mental health practitioner roles. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of national change and developments in the delivery of community mental health care. The development of our Neighbourhood mental health team is an essential service which we are in the process of evolving in line with the NHS Long Term Plan.
