Role: Band 6 Occupational Therapist - In adult social care (ASC), a Front Door team acts as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking support or information about services. This team is responsible for gathering information, assessing needs, and directing individuals to the appropriate resources, whether it's through formal assessments, signposting to other services, or providing direct support.
