Details:

Role: Band 6 Physiotherapist to work in the Bath Reablement Team. The candidate must have community and rehabilitation experience as a minimum. They will be working in a fast paced dynamic team to support Discharges from Acute and Community Hospitals and preventing admissions to them.

Hours: hours per week

Pay: up to £26ph

Start: ASAP

Length: Ongoing

Requirements:

NHS experience (6 months minimum)
