• To clinically verify systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) regimens in accordance with regional sites and in line with BOPA standards for the chemotherapy day units and the inpatient haematology ward.
• To collaborate with the Lead Pharmacists for Cancer Services to ensure the provision of an effective, efficient, and high quality patient focused clinical pharmacy for all patients.
• Liaise with members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide expert haemato‑oncology advice, and make suitable, appropriate interventions.
