This is a remote position. The Corporate Finance Division of Affiniax Partners focuses on providing merger and acquisition (M&A), and fundraising transaction advisory services, including sell-side and buy-side mandates, fundraising mandates, valuations, financial due diligence, business plans, etc. We provide our transaction advisory services primarily to owner-managed businesses seeking either a full or partial exist or a strategic financial partner.

Our primary market focus is the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will work as an M&A specialist, as a part of our Corporate Finance team on a wide variety of engagements.
