Salary : £65,000 – £85,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Experience : 4–7 years’ PQE

• Advise on general banking, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, and asset-based lending
• Draft and negotiate facility agreements, LMA agreements, credit agreements, and related documentation
