**Work Arrangement/Location: This is a hybrid position requiring in-office work four days every week and it is based at the M&T Center in Downtown Buffalo, NY.**

**Overview:**

Completes routine to complex skilled activities to maintain and monitor tax, escrow and insurance for loans serviced, while maintaining compliance with various Federal, state and investor requirements. Researches and resolves complex customer issues. Participates in departmental projects as requested.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Complex data entry/system updates, analysis and Interpretation related to Insurance, Tax, Escrow and Mortgage Insurance.
+ Complete non-standardized document reviews and validation related to Insurance, Tax, Escrow and Mortgage Insurance.
+ Complete document reviews and/or preparation of greater complexity.
+ Respond to and/or initiate non-standard requests related to Insurance, Tax, Escrow and Mortgage Insurance.
