Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to manage a variety of bankruptcy cases, from initial filings to court appearances. You'll work closely with clients and internal legal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant case handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and approve bankruptcy pleadings.
- Handle all stages of bankruptcy matters, including:
- Proofs of Claim
- Motions for Relief
- Objections and Responses
- Payment Change Notices
- Settlements and Adversary Proceedings
- Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person).
- Maintain regular communication and updates with clients.
