With 3 bars in this unit set over 3 levels this is suited an experienced Manager with extensive cocktail knowledge and high-volume late-night experience. 

It is never a dull day at this site with entertainment from circus acts to live bands and head line DJ’s in the basement club, this is a great role for a hard working and passionate bar manager to polish their skills in leadership and sales growth and profitability through stock management and P&L controls.
